Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Account Settings in one click — no questions, no retention emails. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Monthly, yearly, or lifetime — which should I pick?

All three unlock exactly the same features — only the billing differs. Monthly ฿149 is the flexible way to try Pro. Yearly ฿1,490 averages ฿124/month and saves 17% (฿298 off ฿1,788). Lifetime ฿2,990 is one payment with no renewal ever — it pays for itself in 20 months and saves 44% versus three years of monthly billing (฿5,364).

Does Lifetime really never expire?

Correct — one payment, no expiry, no renewal charge. You keep every Pro feature, including the ones we ship later, for as long as Trademotion runs. Nothing to cancel, nothing to remember.

I subscribed at the old ฿69 rate — do I still get that price?

Yes. If you subscribed before 7 May 2026 and your auto-renew is still on, you keep the ฿69/mo rate forever. The moment you cancel, the price resets — re-subscribing later means paying the current ฿149/mo rate.

Is my trading data safe?

Yes. Trade data is stored locally on your device and mirrored to encrypted cloud backup (Cloudflare R2) for Pro users. We never sell your data or use it for advertising — your trades are yours.

Does AI Coach cost extra?

AI Coach is included with Pro — you bring your own API key (Gemini, Groq, or Claude). Gemini and Groq have generous free tiers. Your key stays on your device.

What payment methods are supported?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Thai cards, international cards, and most digital wallets are supported. Payment is PCI-compliant and SSL-encrypted.
